Family-friendly accommodation for up to 22
Our self-catering accommodation comprises of four excellently equipped child-friendly facilities. All bookings include linen, bath and hand towels, fresh milk, cake, local jam and apple juice.
Our beautiful grounds feature two ponds, meadows, a tennis court, sauna, orchard, picnic area, play fort, and plenty of places to relax and enjoy.
We know from our own experiences that traveling with kids can lead to heavy and rather bulky packing which would be great to avoid, so check out our Travel Lighter list of useful items available at each property.

Sleeps up to 22 for a special gathering
There are single and sofa beds options available during the booking process in the Farmhouse and DairyHall, along with any arrival meals and dog fees.
The Farmhouse (Sleeps 9)
The Farmhouse blends 16th century character with modern comfort, making it perfect for relaxing countryside stays, with beautiful views across the meadow, orchard and front pond. Downstairs features a traditional farmhouse kitchen with an AGA, two comfortable sitting rooms with open fireplaces and a single bedroom. The private garden features outdoor seating, a BBQ, hot tub and table tennis table. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms, including a king size bedroom with an en-suite and shower, a second king size bedroom, along with two twin rooms and a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The hot tub is available as an optional extra at £20 per day.
The DairyHall (Sleeps 9)
The DairyHall features an impressive vaulted barn living area with a cosy wood burner and upright piano, complemented by a spacious kitchen and two dining areas, plus a private garden with outdoor seating, a BBQ, table tennis table and even a slide! One side of the property includes a king size bedroom overlooking the garden with private decking, alongside a twin room, a single room, two bathrooms with baths and showers, and a separate W/C. At the opposite end of the house, there is a second king size bedroom next to an additional twin room. The DairyHall is a popular choice for family holidays, yoga retreats, hen dos, birthday celebrations, music events and business functions, offering a unique and memorable Suffolk countryside setting. An extra bed can be added as an optional extra during booking confirmation.
The Granary (Sleeps 4)
The Granary offers comfortable, open-plan living within historic beamed walls and celings, in a peaceful countryside setting. Downstairs features a bright living area and a spacious kitchen with a dining table, along with a convenient downstairs W/C. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, including a king size room with a private balcony overlooking the pond, alongside a twin room and a family bathroom with a bath and shower. To the front of the property, guests can enjoy an enclosed decking area with outdoor dining, a BBQ and a sandpit - perfect for relaxing evenings and family-friendly stays.
The Stables (Sleeps 2)
The Stables offers open-plan living, perfect for couples or small family stays. The space features a comfortable king size bed, bespoke kitchen and a separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Outside, guests can enjoy alfresco dining with outdoor seating and a BBQ, ideal for relaxed evenings in the countryside. A sofa bed and travel cot are available upon request for an additional nightly fee.
